All of our services qualify including Website Plans, Website Design, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), monthly Website Maintenance, Graphics, or any of our Marketing Services.

Discounts and Special Offers may not be combined with the exception that discounts realized for pre-payment of subscription plans MAY be combined with other discounts.

What Is a "Qualifying Non-Profit Organization"?

What Do We Consider a "Non-Profit Organization"?

We use the term "organization" very loosely…so we allow qualifying organizations, groups, businesses, and even individuals who fit within the qualifying criteria of a 'qualifying organization'. We'll often refer to them as 'non-profits'.

A qualifying "Non-Profit Organization" can earn money but is considered non-profit since it does not have the intent to make a profit.

Qualifying Non-Profit Organizations typically include:

• Religious Organizations: Many Churches, Ministries, and other Religious Organizations (even some personal religious study groups may qualify).
• Outreaches: Many outreaches such as organizations or groups that help the homeless, at-risk children, people dealing with poverty and/or suffering, etc.
• Service Organizations: Organizations or groups that are making a difference in this world for good.
• Community Based Organizations: Organizations or groups that help bring people together within the community to help others in need.
• Organization Size: Organizations or groups can be of any size.
• Organization Location: Organizations or groups headquarters can be located anywhere within North America including the United States and Canada (after all, we do most of our work online, but we do only take U.S. currency).
• Organizations Service Area: Organizations effective areas of service can be any area of the world.
• Organizations Length of Service: Organizations or groups can be well established or brand new (even just conceptual at time of request for discount as long as we consider their intent as legitimate in the spirit of helping others in need).
• Organizations Status: Organizations do not have to be filed as 501(C) Non-Profit Organizations: organizations, groups, businesses, or individuals in the role of any of the above may qualify even if they are not an official 'non-profit organization'.

Other Guidelines

Requesting A Discount

Any requests for a qualifying Non-Profit Discount by a client or potential customer must be made at the time of Request for Estimate by the client.

Please Keep In Mind We Have the Final Say

What is considered a 'Qualifying Non-Profit Organization' (or qualifying individual or business) is strictly determined solely at the discretion of Mile High Marketing.

We reserve the right not to offer discounts or services at any given time or to any particular organization, customer, or potential customer for any reason, particularly if we feel they do not align with our values or strategy.

We also reserve the right to not accept work (Orders) at any time from any particular organization, customer, or potential customer for any reason. In other words it is totally at the discretion of Mile High Marketing at all times as to who we do business with and how we conduct business.

Confirming Eligibility

Once a request for a Non-Profit Discount is made by a client or potential customer at the time of Request for Estimate submission, Mile High Marketing will confirm eligibility for a Non-Profit Discount to the client by describing the discount within a Quotation/Estimate.

Any authorized discounts will be indicated within a Estimate which must in turn be accepted by all parties before work begins. Mile High Marketing will once again confirm eligibility at the time the client authorizes an Estimate to become an Order (at the point in time when the client places an Order via accepting an Estimate).

It is the clients responsibility to verify eligibility for any discounts at the time of placing an Order. Mile High Marketing will honor any authorized discounts indicated within accepted Quotations and will Invoice accordingly as per the accepted Quotation.

Not All Parties Will Qualify

Not all non-profit organizations, groups, businesses, or individuals may qualify.

Limitations
