If you as a client of MileHighMarketing are not completely satisfied with services provided by MileHighMarketing, we commit to working out an amicable resolution until you are completely satisfied.
We will work with you until we find an agreeable and amicable resolution, which may involve any of the following:
- Some level of re-work of current services may be offered until you are satisfied with our services.
- Some level of additional services may be offered gratis for future services rendered until you are satisfied with our services.
- Some level of discounts may be offered on future services rendered until you are satisfied with our services.
- Some level of discounts may be offered on currently owed payment for past/current services rendered until you are satisfied with our services (up to a full refund is possible).
If for any reason (albeit very unlikely) that an amicable agreement of terms still cannot be reached between MileHighMarketing and our client, MileHighMarketing agrees to arbitration within the Denver-metro area.
